Using your example, adore is a better synonym for love than like.
One problem I foresee is that English speakers in different countries have different views on which words are most profane. On top of that
Your second concern about laziness seems tangential here, but a second sub-tag could help to determine which swear words are used for emphatic purposes, those used to show the level of formality of speech, or those used dysphemistically, in order to separate them from those that only serve to make the speaker "become more lazy"
