This is extremely dependent on which part of the world you were born in, or are from. Cultural norms, traditions, heritages and taboos vary greatly from culture to culture. What is illegal in one country, even if questionable, may be completely lawful in another, including what is considered "right" or "wrong", "good" or "bad". This is highly debatable. What some may consider offensive or triggering is found to be reasonable and not at all offensive in other cultures or nationalities, including to the women that reside there. In fact, it may be embraced and beloved there by both sexes, without either feeling 'misused', even if seen otherwise in another society. Barring extremism or radicalism, one society should not try to enforce its own specific beliefs upon others. That is usually not a good approach, and perpetuates all kinds of conflict.

As far as I understand, this website and app are attempting to be an international and cross-cultural resource.
